ALL ABOUT ME
Registered Massage Therapist + Online Fitness Coach in Vancouver
My journey from national team athlete to Olympic coach to now have provided me a unique understanding of the body and its potential.
As part of my practice and philosophy, I strive to both educate and help my clients feel better, empowering them to live better and healthier lives. I see massage therapy as the bridge between healing and peak performance.
I keep my goal as simple as possible: to help you feel as good and happy as possible so you can do more of what you love.

Life before Massage
Team Canada Skeleton - Athlete | Team Australia - Coach (2018 Winter Olympics)
I was fortunate to spend 7 years representing Team Canada in the sport of Skeleton (going down an iced waterslide on a glorified lunch-tray at speeds over 140km/hr).
Over the last 17 years as an athlete, coach, and trainer, I've been immersed in the world of human anatomy, physiology, performance, and injury.
After retiring from sport I began my education journey on the path toward Physiotherapy but found myself wanting a more hands-on approach, one where I could spend more time with my clients.
That happily lead me to the world of massage therapy.
I've worked with individuals of all ages and levels of athleticism, from teens to Olympians. What sets my practice apart is my integrated approach. I see the body as an interconnected system with many factors affecting our ability to function.

What I do for fun
In my free time, I enjoy taking photos, playing board games, and indulging in vintage video games (I'm loyal to NES/SNES/N64). As I live in Vancouver, I make it a point to hike and walk in nature as much as possible.
