How I Personalize Your Session
My approach to care is systematic and based on the model used by Professional and Olympic athletes. This model was utilized by my Team Canada practitioners during my training, and I now implement it with all of my clients.
Your Treatment Blueprint
“If you can measure it, you can change it”
Phase 1: Baseline Assessment
Phase 2: Customize Your Roadmap
Phase 3: Progressive Transformation
Phase 4: Re-Assess + Refine

Phase 1:
Baseline Assessment
We collect information about your physical condition and concerns to create a personalized treatment plan.
Phase 2:
Customize Your Roadmap
We create a personalized treatment plan based on your assessment with goals, techniques, and timeline to guide our sessions towards your desired.

Phase 3:
Progressive Transformation
We modify your plan to keep up with your changing needs and ensure that your treatment is effective for continuous improvement.
Phase 4:
Re-Assess + Refine
In the last phase, we evaluate your progress and compare it the initial baseline to refine your treatment plan, set new goals, and maintain long-term benefits.

Rationale + Benefits
A comprehensive and client-centred treatment experience is created through four phases:

- establishing a baseline
- creating a customized treatment plan
- ensuring effectiveness through progressive transformation
- fine-tuning the plan for sustained success through the "Re-Assess" phase
This approach optimizes the wellness and fitness journey.
